OUR CLASSES AND POOLS
We try our best to offer good teaching ratios, small class sizes and affordable lessons. It is a fine balance to maintain but so far we feel we've got it right. We aim to have no more than 6 children in a class and all of our beginner classes have additional assistants in the water.
St. Mary's Primary School, Hornchurch
Levels 1 - 4
St. Mary's Catholic Primary School, Hornchurch houses a lovely size training pool. With a shallow end of only 0.8m deep it really allows even our youngest swimmers to find their feet. With the pool kept a minimum of 30 degrees, it means our beginners don't get too cold which makes it more inviting than some of the bigger pools.
The lessons at St. Mary's School are suitable for Levels 1 - 4 and are run on a Monday to Friday after school (4.00 - 6.30pm) and Saturdays (8.30am - 1.00pm).
Lessons at this pool are priced at £90.00 for a 10 week course.
Campion Academy, Hornchurch
Levels 4 - 12
The pool at Campion Academy is 25m long and has a suitable deep end so is just what we need when moving the children into those improver - advanced groups. The majority of our swimmers move over here at Level 4 when they are confidently swimming lengths of our St. Mary's Pool.
The lessons at Campion Academy are suitable for Levels 3 - 12 and are run on Monday - Wednesday (4.30 - 6.30pm) and Saturday (10.30am - 12.00pm).
Lessons at this pool are priced at £90.00 for a 10 week course.
SCHOOL HOLIDAY
CRASH COURSES
Levels 1 - 8
Our intensive holiday crash courses are great for giving children an extra boost or top up in their swimming lessons. The lessons run in the morning for one hour daily (Monday to Friday) allowing us to compete a whole 10 week course in just five days.
Much like you see improvements yourselves when getting lots of swimming in on holiday, the action of getting the children in again every day and allowing them to build on what they learned the day before (before they have time to forget) really enhances their learning. We usually see great progress over the course of the week no matter what level they're in.
These courses are priced at £110.00 for the week.
