ALL SEPTEMBER EMAILS HAVE NOW BEEN SENT - These emails list detials for the pools and any updates on codes of conduct. At the bottom of the email it lists your child's level, start date and lesson time. As we have to send a lot of emails at a time it is common that these get filtered into junk mail or spam folders, please ensure to check these thoroughly. If you still cannot find it, please get in touch ASAP for confirmation of your start date and time. Those who miss week one due to not receiving an email will not receive a refund on missed classes.

Fees will be due for all children on week one - for exact amounts due please check your September emails. If your little one will miss their first lesson please ensure to get in touch and let us know so we know to secure your space. If we do not hear from you or see you on the first lesson, or you fail to pay (without prior arrangement) we will fill your space.

Please don't forget we operate an automatic rebooking policy here at The Swim School. If you were swimming with us last term this means you will be automatically allocated spaces for the next course. If you have NOT let us know by Week 9 and DO NOT turn up for lessons you will still be charged 50% of the new course fees for failing to notify us.
